STS will now put money into a 401K plan for you!!!!

Employer Matching Contributions

New for 2014, STS has adopted the Safe Harbor 401k.

This means that all 401k plan participants will receive a matching contribution from STS based on the following:

• 100% match on the first 3% of pay that you put into the 401K.
• 50% match on the next 2% of pay that you put into the 401K.

Eligibility

All Full time employees who have been employed for 6 months must wait until the next available enrollment date before they can enroll in the plan.

Enrollments will be held on January 1st and July 1st of each year and will include only those who are eligible on or before that date.

Once eligible for the plan, you may call Great West Retirement Services at  1-800-338-4015 to request a PIN.

–    You can then use the online enrollment process at WWW.GWRS.COM or

–    Complete the enrollment over the phone.
